Just wanted to ask the question for the racers around Highway 24. What are y’all looking for out of Highway 24 , For example in classes and payouts and how often you would like to race?

Once a month sounds good, maybe twice. Offer predator and maybe a couple clone classes, don’t try and run a lot of classes, with only 2-3 karts. If you run predator, leave it stock. Thanks

I'm not in your area, and I know zero about your market... but I do know sports marketing and customer base... the best/most successful programs are simple and concise
racers want track time and competition and they want to know they have a place to race...
I would consider nothing less than a weekly program, If your facility is nice and the rules are applied in an even understandable way, and there is order and cohesion... racers will be loyal and show up every week and you will be their HOME track... have a monthly championship to encourage racers to show up every week... BIG trophy and a gift card... doesn't have to be money, then a "mid season championship" same deal... then the season championship... have a few double points nites ect...
    Keep your rules simple
add weight and combine classes if you must
kids jr and sr... make the kid class as simple as you can
IF you have time... do at least 2 heats and a feature per class People want Track Time fewer classes with large fields gets everyone MORE track time.. if you can't do a consession stand get food trucks with a social media base and they will actully draw people to your place
    I wish you well

If you payout, they will come. Basically what it's come to. Otherwise usually a small crowd.

Highway24 would like to thank Scotty for his support in getting our track up and running for the upcoming 2018 Race Season. We are all competitors, but we all share the same passion and love for the sport. Goals moving forward are and always will be in the best interest of our racers. Traits we can all appreciate is good sportsmanship on both sides of our sport.

Here's a couple of things that need to be voted on!
    1. Do the jr racers want to run predator to keep costs down? Personally, I like the clone but let's take a vote.
    2. Is there any kid karters that would like to make a class? I have one of those too and would love to race it there if possible.
I spoke with Lisa and these are just a couple things that we wanted to lay out there and see what happens. Please give your feedback

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of our racers. The response to Highway24 re-opening has been overwhelming positive and as always your thoughts and opinions are important to us. A couple things, first the many phone calls, messages and your pure persistence over this past year have been nothing less than heartfelt. Second timing is everything, opportunities sometimes present themselves unexpectedly yet without question are right on time. To be clear first and foremost this is about our racers, an opportunity to not put on a Band-Aid but to actually move forward, not to just rebuild but to grow together. My hope is that while I hear everything yall have said past, present and will in the future, yall will respect this years structure. Let's help one another, rise above and set examples for all but especially our children. The rules are the rules and set, the classes and track program are to benefit all! Racers, Families and Track personal need to realize we are all human and will make mistakes but respect at all times is key. On that note I appreciate all the offers for varies things for the track and hope they will come to fruition. Looking forward to an Awesome 2018 Season and the many opportunities yet to come. *Side note: Ive been working 7 days a week and barely have had time to breathe, thanks for your patience! Haven't even had a chance to talk to my family.
