    help identify kart

Does anyone know what kind of kart this is I have found no numbers or markings anywhere on it.
Im pretty sure the right side spindle is a ultramax centerforce spindle from Bmi.

That spring under the spindle is 100% illegal.

I would assume the spring under the spindle would be just as legal as running the stupid thing on 3 wheels. If I can't find out what it is and find a left front spindle for it what does it matter. I appreciate your help though.

If that spring is 100% coil bound it's completely legal. As it wouldn't be an active suspension.
