    Takin' it easy

Just had another bladder cancer surgery yesterday, shoot, I've had so many of them now that they're starting to get routine.
Anymore, all the nurses look at my chart and say "This isn't your first rodeo, is it?"

So, I'm pretty much planted in my Lazy Boy, taking all the meds the doc wants me to take.
It's more of an irritation than anything else, luckily the results are always very low grade, so I'm lucky in that.

Get well, Bob. NASCAR is on this afternoon so you're guaranteed a good nap in that chair today.

Know what you`re going thru. Fourteen year bladder cancer survivor myself, surgery in `03, positive in `08 again. Guess you`re getting BCG chemo treatments, no fun at all. Prayers for you Bob.

Good luck to ya, I'm currently in home re-hab from heart surgery, good to be home after a month in hospitals, it's a real slow process.

Did you have to hug your pillow after surgery.
Had open heart, Jan. of 16, a weeks hosp. stay, then two weeks of in hosp. re-hab, then several weeks of in home, physical therapy, and other home health care functions..........had fun with the home-health nurses......fired one the first day......then fired several more over the course of treatment.........they were trying to boss me around in my own house, reminding me that I was elderly and infirm,
Got my third ICD in Feb. ,,,,,,, Life is good......until the next shoe drops.

Take care, you got lots of miles to go yet.

I didn't know that, sorry to hear it, but glad you're doing better.
