    https://nkaonline.com/rules/

    RaceCeiver is mandatory in all Junior classes. If the driver does not own a RaceCeiver, we will have them available for rent at each event for $10. However, the driver will need to provide his or her own ear buds.

    A driver’s Competition Age for a racing season will be set by their Actual Age OR their Attained Age;
    Actual Age: Actual age is the driver’s age as of January 1 of the current competition year.
    Attained Age: Attained age is the driver’s age as of December 31 of the current competition year.
    The driver shall choose how they will define their Competition Age prior to the first event; either Actual Age or Attained Age, but not both.
    The Maxxis Midwest Series will allow border-line aged junior drivers to advance up in lite and heavy, but can not advance up to the junior Pro class.
    For example: An age 12, JR2, is allowed to compete in all JR2 classes, JR3 Lite, and JR3 Heavy, but can not compete in PRO JR3.
    A JR3 driver (age 15) can advance up to an adult class but will not be counted in the points for the adult class. The driver qualifies for points in their JR3 classes.

    ***ALL JUNIOR DRIVERS MUST BRING A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE*** - no exceptions

    Drivers will at all times be responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their crews. Any offense committed by a crewmember may be chargeable directly to the driver. The Maxxis Midwest series will enforce a ZERO tolerance policy for foul language and fighting.
    Fighting will result in immediate suspension. The driver will not be allowed to participate in ANY Maxxis sanction event for 12 months.

    Pre-registration for Race #1 will be open from March 31-April 24. The link will be posted on the Maxxis Midwest Facebook page.

    An additional $5 per class will be charged for registration taken at the track. CASH ONLY.

    R2C air filter is allowed but must be pointed toward back of kart and hole blocked off so no air can pass thru end of filter.
