In a Briggs block with a sleeve installed with a flange at the top to make sure it doesn't move.
That is bored and fitted for a gas ported piston that will get you to just under the 14.5 CID rule.
It uses the standard stroke crank so it will have a large bore to unshroud the valves for better flow.
The bore would be 2.875" for 14.3 CID or with a 2.895" for 14.4 CID
It will also have a custom length rod made just for this application.

    Let me know

Will the sleeve work in a model 15 block?

Do you have a kit available for the diy guy.

But if you want to do it yourself i guess i could do that?

I will have 10 big bore blocks (mod 15) with the flanged sleeve and DU bushing installed along with the gas ported 3 ring piston with .625" wrist pin and special connecting rods in a week or so.
