    Prepping Tires?

How much less should you roll in the LR? Just to keep it simple if I roll 100cc how much would I roll in the LR?

I expect it may vary from brand to brand. The brand I learned called for a 50% reduction in the LR. That would seem to be a good place to start.

Ask the manufacturer or tire man on what they suggest. I usually do 25cc less in lefts.
Also depends on type of kart and age.

Yep, depends on chemical used and how much of it.
As Earl pointed out, some chassis, particularly a few years ago, liked the lr a bit harder than the right side so that figures into the equation as well. High cross vs low cross, how long is the kart setting on that LR tire, etc.

As Brian said, depends greatly on the chassis. Our Prowler will get tight and lock down if the LR isn't 10 points harder than the RR. I use a low rubber, worn out LR and just barely prep it.
