    Not to be a smart A$$, but........ Firstly, the OP asked if others were seeing cam timing vary from one engine to the next recently. My answer was yes, I am. Secondly the lack of punctuation and poor grammar makes your post almost unreadable.

    Ha, seen a guy try direct drive once, who wasn't fast enough to jump on the kart once it fired. Thankfully, the engine was only running at a fast idle, so as soon as it came in contact with a fence, it died.
