If u guys bump the weight in medium up I will consider coming over. Pro class 360 or 375 would be awesome.

Not for sure, but it looks like Nogoats posted what was discussed Sunday at the track and then Fundad (Joe) added tonight that he will be paying 100% in the money classes. Either way good money for sure.

What I posted was the payout for the regular races. That covers all classes except Stock Medium and Junior 1. Joe will have to post the payout for the money races for Stock Medium and Junior 1.

Im curious why the weight got changed. We run the same weight every week and the junior 3s and animals didnt change anything to run their money races but we are changing it for what reason for this one.

Re: Spoon River 7/31 - $600 Stock Medium - $200 Jr. 1

I think they should just drop the stock lite med and heavy and just call it adult briggs flathead. It'll solve all weight issues and keep the weight at 360. Most "pro" classes (bigger payout) has a set weight. Just a thought since no one signs up for the other two classes...

I've got to agree on this one. Most tracks run JR3 at 310 lbs but we stuck with the 300 lbs track rules. Either way hopefully Joe will let everyone know if the Spoon Stock Medium 350 lbs is the weight or if he's upping it to 360 for this race?

So if Spoon runs their Stock Medium at 360 pounds for one guy (who might show up one time).... than the rules state they have to run at 360 from then on?

Also, isn't there a rule that states you cannot get out of your kart on the track to fix it? Or any kind of fixing of karts on the track whatsoever? If one rule is going to be enforced than wouldn't it make sense to enforce them all? I'm just sayin....

Re: Spoon River 7/31 - $600 Stock Medium - $200 Jr. 1

Actually what he is talking about is a situation of a gold driver bumping to adult class and not being able to drop back down to gold later.. Same with jr1 and jr2.. Once u move up u can't move back down.. It has nothing to do with weight or any weight class movements.. Stock medium fluctuates from track to track.. 345-360.. Light is usually 330 and heavy 375-385 and supers at 400 with minimum driver at 200 usually.. If you go to a big money show, most big dawgs will run 3 classes, lights mediums and heavy and scale the kar t out at 375.. Some use sheet lead in the seats and pull it out between races and make changes to put the numbers back where they want.. Never heard of any circumstance where a track makes u run a heavier class becuz u chose to run a heavier class one day..
