St Marys OH swapmeet sunday November 15th. Will be held at the same location as in past years in the basement of the St Marys Trading Company. Dealer set up 8am doors open to the public at 10am.
Saturday feb 20th racers swap meet at hamilton county fair grounds noblesville indiana.
10x10 space with tables 30 reserved 35 day of show
10,000 sq ft heated building we will be posting more on this as everything comes together as far as door prices and so on.
anyone interested in a tech seminar please contact me asap so i will have a idea on how many people want to do the class to get certified at wka tech.im needing to get the number together so i can talk with wka.this swap meet had a great turn out last year with alot of people saleing everything they had.hope to see everyone there.

I have confirmed the Community Building at the Fairgrounds for the 5th of December.
Swap meet
Set up, doors open at 6:00 am Swap Meet till 1:30 PM.
Vendors $50.00 pre registered, $60.00 day of meet.
10x10 booth $25.00 pre registered. $30.00 day of meet.
$2.00 admittance 5yrs and under free.
This will be the same building as our last swap meet.

Our Championship Banquet will follow that evening at 6:00 PM. along with a short track meeting after the Banquet. The Trophys have been ordered and are really nice. So don't miss out on the presentation.
We will be serving a meal as well.Pork Barbeque,Fried chicken and Ham along with all the goodies.
Drivers eat free and meal tickets are $10.00. 5years old and under eat free.So come and enjoy the Banquet and presentations. Carol will have tickets to purchase at the track this weekend. Contact us to let us know how many will be attendind the Banquet.
I'm hoping that Doug Burton from Greensburg can attend and we can explain what we have planned for next season with a Hoosier Kart Racing Points Series.
