Thanks to everyone that came out yesterday.Great kart count and great races. Also, any one that is new to kart racing and may need a little help please let us know.
I had been away from karts about 30 yrs until this past April. Since then I have met a lot of good folks that has helped me with my 8 year old. Young or old don't get discouraged we will all work and learn together. There is no money to be made in any form of racing so if you dont have the enjoyment it's not really worth it.

They better do something, Megan Hall in the #3 was a little off this past sunday but she has been fast every race in the B.S. purple.
The B.S. purple is becomming a very competive class.

Had a good time, Saturday!! My husband had to sweet talk me into coming back so soon, but I'm glad I did. My son, age 8, did great in his race against some older drivers so I was proud!!

Save your spotters some stress and rent/purchase transponders. I don't know the cost so it may not be an option, but oh the headaches it would eliminate in your larger classes.

See ya next time. I think I'll bring my flathead next time and let them box stock drivers calm down some. I'm bout out of bodies!

Look forward to seeing you all on the 15th. One thought I had after the money race was to take the noses off and have and open wheel modified class. LOL. When we started we had the Sr. class and we voted to combine to get the purse up. Maybe we have grown enough to re-visit this.
