OK, here's more info on lodging for the weekend:

The place in front of the Best Western, in Matamoras, which is opposite exit 53 on I-84 is the Hampton Inn (Hilton). They will give a special rate if they can get at least 10 rooms reserved (they have about 30 avail now) and you make mention that you're racing at the Octoberfest Go Kart races in Cuddebackville. $99.00/night. Normall rates are like $139/night or 132 w/AAA or 125 w/AARP.

They suggest you call ASAP. Rooms for Fri & Sat nights.

Best Western:
Friday night is basically filled up, but they have about 20 rooms for Sat night. $129/night, but didn't say anything about AAA or AARP discounts. If calling to reserve a room, and you have to cancel, they would need two weeks notice, so it is up to you people as to where you might want to stay. 570-491-2400

Both places include a breakfast, and cost is also plus tax (of course!)
